Didn’t cancel my account like they were supposed to then said I didn’t fill out the form; I did fill out the form. They then charged me for 8 months while i trusted them to do what they were supposed to. Attempted to resolve with the owner but she was rude and disrespectful. She said she has lots of customers that don’t come in and don’t cancel and she won’t reach out to them and let them know. I have used the beds here in the past and I’m always impressed by the cleanliness of the salon, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. They walked me through my first spray tan session and answered all of my questions. To me it’s very important that the staff are welcoming when I come in. I have been to some other local salons where I felt ignored and like I was getting in their way, but these women are consistently helpful and accommodating every time I walk in.
