My 5 stars would have to rate my experience as of right now. I say this because I have been living here going on 2 years and I really did not have a relationship or an attachment to this community. When I first moved here I wanted a little more privacy from college life considering that I am a college student that attends Prairie View A&M University. Everything was great while searching for my apartment. The front office management were nice and welcoming. Until I moved in..I was staying in the back at the time, it was quiet, but I had started experiencing some issues. I won’t disclose everything but it got pretty bad... Two things I will say that we’re disappointing was the valet trash service and my relationship with the front office. My trash was hardly picked up on time or even at all. The relationship with the front office had become more and more avoidable. Considering they would call for every little thing such as “lights on my balcony” but couldn’t fix simple issues like trash or maintenance request. I felt like I was not getting what I paid for during the time. I was fed up and did not have intentions on renewing my lease. I had already been looking for new places to live but was unsuccessful on my search. I even considered moving to cypress which would’ve been a horrible commute for me but I literally didn’t care I didn’t feel comfortable or at home here anymore. UNTIL my car had got broken into! That was the best thing that could’ve happened while living here. (I know that sounds crazy right lol) but that’s when I had come to discover the BEST MANAGEMENT EVER!! They helped me through the entire process of trying to get to the bottom of this burglary. Fulfilled my request of moving to the front in a bigger apartment (which felt impossible before they came) Things have really taken a HUGE 360 ever since New Management stepped in! I now have a relationship/involvement within the community! I absolutely love ALL of the ladies in the front office! They’re literally AWSOME!! I appreciate everything you all are doing here for your residents! Can’t forget maintenance either, thank you for your services as well!! I am now a senior and will be moving on soon. 😔 I really wish I could take them with me!! They have made my college living experience in all my years the BEST EVER!!! As I continue on my journey I know that I’ll always have a FAMILY here at the Ranch! I LOVE you guys!! 💕 Looking for a New Home? We have had a horrible experience with leasing. My 20 year old son was told his applications was approved and they charged him all the fees he signed his lease and was waiting for his apartment to get cleaned. Then they contacted him and they told him he wasnt approved they made him do another applications with me as cosigner. So now we had to pay another 2 applications fees and put down another $500 they told him they were giving him the larger 1 bed room apartment from the beginning whe he was first told he was approved, that was a lie he got the smallest. We have contacted the manager several times about his refund she has ignored my emails, and calls. No one still has contacted me back about his refund. We stayed with them because we were told we would get his refund back and they would accomadate him in a bigger 1 bedroom apartment after i told the manager I was going to contact district about how they have lie to my son and all they have been doing is taking his money. Alot more stuff happened and its to long to list here but its been a horrible experience and i will be emailing...

I wish I could give it 10 stars. I’ve lived a few places but nothing beats my experience at this apartment. The staff is out of this world amazing and kind, specifically, Johnny! He is the kindest individual I’ve meet, it’s such a pleasure living within this community with such amazing staff. They truly cultivate community, which is something difficult to find. The office staff is always available, and always willing to lend a hand. From remembering my dog and I’s names, to helping out with car issues, I truly wish I could take this staff with me to all of my living accommodations. The maintenance team is freaking awesome too! Every issue that has occurred within my apartment and the shared community spaces is addressed super fast! Always timely and polite, I truly can’t stress enough, it feels like a community, this apartment complex feels like home! Thanks so much for all of the hard work you all do. And someone please, get...
