I have been living in the Endean Estates for over 10 years now and I’ve never tried the pie place down the street. A friend of mine was surprised when I told him I’ve never tried Ever So Humble Pie before and urged me to go. I decided one day with some free time to drive down there and pick myself up a pie. I ordered a wild berry flavored pie and MAN. These pies, after coating with water and sugar as per the instructions were DELICIOUS. I cut a slice for the rest of my family members and they loved it too. This place is the best! These are sooo much better than the supermarket frozen pies. I recommend the Shepherd's Pie; buy the au jus gravy for a flavorful addition. My friend Patty's family loves the Chicken Pot Pie. All are available in small and large sizes. Frozen apple crisp and various fruit pies round out a delicious meal when you have an hour or so 'til dinner and nothing prepared. These pies sell out so there's no chance for freezer burn here. Coming into the historic brick building on the river, you're in the kitchen, watching the owner Andrea prepare the pies (made fresh and flash frozen) right in front of you.
