Kona Ice of Cuyahoga Valley — Local services in Walton Hills

I contacted Kona Ice on a Thursday about a Backyard Campout we had planned on THAT Saturday, so basically very much last minute. Even though their day was pretty packed, they were able to accommodate us and fit us in.

Communicate/customer service was top notch, and scheduling was super easy.

The young lady who served us was so pleasant and courteous. You can tell that she enjoyed her job. She arrived a little early and was set-up and ready within 10 minutes.

Our campers included 15 very excited children when we surprised them with the Kona Ice truck lol.

My grandsons had a joint birthday party. One turned 11 and one turned 9. We had the Kona Ice Truck come for the party. As soon as it pulled up there were shouts of excitement from all of their friends and they proceeded to get in line for the treats. There were 27 boys and Kona handled all of them in 20 minutes! This was a wonderful experience for us from start to finish! Booking was easy and smooth. Communication was quick and clear throughout the booking process.
