Dollar General — Local services in Ware Shoals

I usually have no problem with this store location. But tonight.... Summer... One of the employees... Has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. And is in no way a good person to work with from what I seen tonight. As long as she continues to work here I will no longer use this store location. Myself as well as 6-7 other people stood in line for over 20 min. The nice man at the register was the only one ringing up customers and was having a hard time with a coupon. He went to ask her for help. She helped and he was still talking to her and she just walked out of the store like he wasn't even speaking. I told her she should be in there ringing up people because there was a very long line and she could have cared less about the customers or her co worker. She informed me that she had delt with it for 2 hours. Implying that he should have to too.. I told her it's called customer service... She had no reply.... It isn't about him or her. It's about people who are shopping there having to stand in line for that long. She's the only person that works there who has this mentality. She shouldn't be working with the...

The employees are always friendly, with a greeting when you walk in. They know regular customers by name. The grocery, home & discount sections are great to have in one place, especially for this small town. I would have given 5 stars, but the app & using coupons is difficult. , as well as not being able to pay with PayPal, as PayPal advertises it...
