Magictyme Wings and Waffles — Restaurant in Ware Shoals

Hands down the best wings I've ever had in my life. These mouth watering, fall off the bone, crispy fried wings are unreal. I happened across Magic Thyme Wings and Waffles on my way to a rodeo. The short stop for supper became the main event of the day and while the rodeo has been lost to memory these wings have haunted me ever since. It felt like a dream after a few months had passed and I began to wonder if the wings were as wonderful as the memory of that golden evening. The memory haunted me, no one can make wings so good you dream of them for days on end. I had to go back and find out if it was really that amazing. So tonight I made a journey 40 minutes just to visit this magical restaurant and settle once and for all if they are good. They were unreal. They made me want to cry for the joy of life they were so good. The garlic parmesan melted in my mouth, the lemon pepper was so crunchy and salty it drove me mad, the mild burned with the fire of desire in me. I made sure to get a delicious chocolate chip waffle smothered in syrup to keep the kids happy as I devoured wings beyond number. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. My husband and I tried this hole-in-the-wall restaurant tonight for the first and certainly not last time. He got a blueberry waffle with plain wings, and I got dry rub lemon pepper wings. Oh my gracious! The piping hot wings were huge and delicious. The waffle was like a heavenly dessert. The young waitress, Taylen (not sure I spelled that right) was so sweet and taking care of all the customers. She rocked! The cook/possible owner spoke to us as we were leaving. It was stuffy in there with no AC, but at least they had a big fan going to make the heat manageable. We will definitely be going back and trying other menu items. Y’all go...

Best wings we’ve had in a long time! Perfectly seasoned and crispy! Fried okra is a must try! It was wonderful as well! My only suggestion is that you hire more help, maybe another cook. Especially for Friday nights! The sweet girl taking orders was also ringing people up, taking phone orders and waiting tables. She was actually working circles around the 2 cooks! I waited 45 minutes for my (fairly large)to go order only to realize that half way home some of it was missing. They corrected what was missing but maybe an extra set of hands would be beneficial to your business. Regardless...the food was...
