The lower Mesa falls is a one mike, easy hike to get to the area. It's mainly flat, wide, with many different wildflowers along the path. Very tall Aspen trees, pine trees, oh, the smell of the pine trees is wonderful. The day we went, July 6, wasn't to hot, very little bugs to bother you, low humidity. Just a beautiful site to see.
