I had high expectations for this truck. We went to the Fort Monmouth food truck festival a few weeks ago. My friends tried the classic meatballs and I tried the seafood “balls”. They were more like undesirable crab cakes filled with mayonnaise. The meatballs were dry and lacked flavor. This was a miss unfortunately.

Tried these at the New Jersey tulip farm this past weekend and - absolutely incredible meatballs. They're seared on the outside, but have the softest texture on the inside. Definitely the most flavorful meatball I've ever had. Please come to NYC more often. New Jersey can't possibly appreciate you enough.

Super yummy meatballs. They are the perfect combination of flavor and texture and two really is all you need. The tomato sauce tastes fresh and I am glad that they give you bread so that you can scoop up every bite. They were so good I forgot to take a photo before I finished them 😅

Growing up on homemade meatballs I have always had trouble eating them out. These are terrific! They are the perfect texture (which is so important). Sausages and peppers balls were my favorite! The service was great and you can tell they take pride in their “balls” 😂. Also, it’s a female owned business! Get it girls! I will 100% be back for more! Nest time I want to see...
