Just bought a truck from them and it was a very smooth process. Everyone on their team (Jerry, Jim, Anthony) were very helpful, responsive, and professional. We live about 1.5 hours away so naturally we had to have the dealer describe the condition of the vehicle over the phone before driving up. We have been mislead by other dealers before but Crain Ford were very honest about the condition and upon arrival we were very pleased to find the vehicle as the described, in like new condition.

I am very nit picky about the vehicle I am going to purchase and they had no issues with me taking my time to look over the truck to make sure it was the truck I wanted. What is a rare experience to find is a dealer to be supportive of you wanting to go through the truck vs trying to pressure a sales after every question.

In such a small town a dealership cannot survive unless it’s doing something right and that is absolutely true for Crain. I submitted a request on their website late at night and to my surprise Anthony F replied almost immediately. Within an hour we had the deal worked out. I buy a lot of cars and I’ve never had anyone go out of their way to this extent before. I made the 1.5 hour drive the next morning and everything was exactly as promised. The truck is perfect and no surprises even after having an independent inspection done. Very impressed by their service over all. Above and beyond describes John and Jim at Crain Ford. I was driving from out of town and broke down roadside. Got towed to Crain right before closing. They went above and beyond in all aspects and had me back on the road. I was treated more than fairly. They could have easily taken advantage of me and did not.
