Dollar General — Local services in Warren

Raced out of the house to get something I needed for my children. Got in at 9:52PM. Was not greeted by staff, instead the unfriendly cashier rolled his eyes and said "Sir, we close in less than 6 minutes, so you're going to have to hurry up." I needed 1 item that I knew where it was, but instead of treating me with respect or dignity, he treated me like someone ruining his day. He did not notice me rushing, so I wouldn't be a problem, and he had no clue how my day had been. Really sucks when you are the only store in town and don't even attempt to offer customer service. I now have to drive 20 minutes to somewhere else whenever I visit my parents, because this store won't be getting my...

The store is a horrible disgusting mess. Its hard to walk anywhere due to so many boxes and box carts. They just leave them every where and even block aisle ways or certain locations like toilet paper, paper towel, Kleenex etc and that's along the back wall. Also the guy who works in the evening with dirty blonde hair he's awful! He's ALWAYS RUDE and treats EVERY CUSTOMER the SAME HATEFUL WAY!!!! Other than that the employees are good and help you...

It's a little cluttered.. couldn't find things.. out of stock.. or just hadn't been out away yet. As the store was a navigating nightmare.. couldn't get carts down half the isles.. and the carts of boxes blocked everything in shelves. It was more work than it was worth.. I ended up leaving my cart and going to Walmart. Maybe hire more help just for stocking.. your prices have went up enough.. you should be able to afford an extra person to stock...
