The food is a five star! But my experience with customer service was horrible!! I'm been having issues with my voice last couple of days. And when I tried to ask the women working there hpw much ice cost. She rolled her eyes at me. Because she had to stop mopping to walk closer to me to hear me. I can't help that I have larenjitis(unsure if I spelled it right). Then I prepaid for gas on pump 3. When I went to pump gas seen a sign that said out of order . So I went back in to see if she could please move it to a different pump please .(I even said I'm sorry I didn't see the sign.) Again I got a dirty look and eye roll!! She said well I tried to move it! Not even sure if it will work... Another roll of her eyes. She said I moved it to pump one. I said ok thank you & again I'm sorry. She said where is your car? I said still at pump 3.I came straight in to ask if it can be moved. She rolled her eyes & gave me a dirty look. She walked back up to cash register . And said well I already moved it to pump one! Now I have to move it again! I said Umm no I can just mice my car... That's why I didn't move it yet. I had to wait tell you moved my prepaid gas. She shakes her head and says oh geez..Rolled her eyes once again... I said thank you, have a good night. She walked way. My biggest issue is her attitude all together was nasty & rude. I can't help it that I'm having issues with my voice. Plus there was no excuse for the dirty looks & attitude & shaking her...

I typically love this store. Their prices are reasonable, their gas is usually the lowest in town, and they accept cigarette coupons. Being a single mom, I appreciate all of those things. Everyone is usually friendly with the exception of the really tall heavyset lady that works. I've come to know how much the things I purchase on a daily basis costs in there because I typically make the exact same transactions over and over again. I have the total memorized whether I'm using a coupon or not. It seems like everytime I go in there with the heavyset brunette lady working, she manages to screw up my coupon somehow or does something to make my totals different, or she doesn't honor my coupon at all when the typical people, or the lady with the really long brown hair, that works there have no problem taking it. A dollar here or a dollar fifty there may not seem like a big deal to some, but when I have $3 that I am trying to stretch for 48 hours until payday, it's a big deal to me. Especially considering that I have to spend $5 to even be able to swipe my card in the first place. I've decided after my recent interactions with the heavy set girl, I probably won't do business in there if she is working.. it's very irritating to go in there and know that I'm not being charged correctly and I would almost rather pay more at a different store and know that I'm being...

Yeah, it used to be a cool little truck stop, you know? Dirt lot, some bumps, but a decent place to chill. And the food was good, until March '25.

Now they're charging to park. Seriously? It's just another case of some people being greedy and taking advantage of truckers. Unless they actually use the money to fix the place up, like with better lighting, paving, or even just filling in the holes, they're gonna get a bad name. Word of mouth will...
