AmVets Post 143 — Restaurant in Warrensburg

I will NEVER step foot or spend another dime in this place again! I've been going there about 2 years with friends to play bingo about twice a month. Every time we go, we're told we can't sit here or we can't sit there because so and so sits there. They have all the tables held with dobbers. This place is like highschool cliques! We sat at an open table and I was harassed more than once about why we sat there and the bingo caller came to our table and got in my face and told me I would be getting up out of that seat because some lady sits there, a 6 person table to herself every week! These people act like they own the tables! Last week we were there and I counted 8 tables with one person at each one. Absolutely ridiculous that you have to fight for a table every time you go there! This man (Archie) told us we're new combers and my friend said our money's not as good as hers? and he said, "no it's not". It's supposed to be open to the public but it's like I said, a clique! The most unwelcoming place I've ever been to. I will drive the extra miles to Warsaw instead, such a better atmosphere and I will not be...

The members here do a fantastic job creating a very friendly and welcoming environment. Hosting bingo on Thursday nights and servering steaks on Friday’s. The kitchen has been recently renovated and the rest rooms and dining area are very clean. The bar here is very well stocked and is too cool, with a back lit stealth bomber hanging overhead along with other militaristic memorabilia throughout. Nice place good food. And came to play Bingo which was ok except to much cigarette smoke .we set in the off room but still wasn't enough smoke still lingered in there. We told other people about the Bingo night they thought it sounded like a great place to come and eat and play Bingo until they found out it was a smoking place.
