Whiteman AFB Commissary — Local services in Warrensburg

The staff, employees, and the baggers are all GREAT. It's always such a please. However, this store is on a military Base. It is there to serve the armed forces living on and off WHITEMAN AIR FORCE BASE. RHE PRICES ARE OUTRAGES. Higher the Price Choppers, By-Low, and Wal-Mart. Just to name a few. And when I asked why? "I was told that some one goes down to Kansas City chick the prices there, then come back and piece the things on Base. Or as I put it; they go fight for the Country get screwed. Then come back and get Screwed again at the grocery store, not to mention the BX. It's like a ghost Store. The prices in there are HUNDREDS of dollars over priced and then there's the VA and other medical programs. This is at Every Military Base. Great as ever. Friendly folks, clean aisles, good prices. There is a well defined entry queue snake outside the only entrance, 45 people max loading, but I had no wait at all. Only two things I can think of they could change, both signage. (1) something telling patrons to pick up a basket before entering the queue snake, there are no baskets available once inside. (2) change the sign on the now exit only previous entrance to read "thru or through" not "thur" (an abbreviation for Thursday). [My bad, I forgot to tell someone about this while there.
