Every store is great except the Alterations shop. The current management there is on a high horse with the biggest ego and attitude i have ever seen. I gave them my service dress shirts to sew a new rank on and they returned it to me with literal holes from the previous rank. When confronted about it, asking them to fix it, this nasty lady in glasses who seems to be the micromanaging and power hungry manager says "you should know the difference between the small and large ranks. You previously had large ranks on the shirt and gave us small ranks to sew on, so we just did what you asked us to do". This is not the first time I engage with this lady either. She is always giving attitude like she hates her life. I want to speak with her manager immediately about this. She needs to be counseled and/or fired for her behavior. The reason I’m writing such a bad review is because of the barber shop there. Never in my life have I had such an unpleasant experience while trying to get a haircut. This old lady who cuts there who’s very frail and ugly looking with her hair dyed blond cut my hair. She proceeded to scream at me the whole time. Constantly yelling for me to keep my head straight like I was back in boot camp. She would also shove my head back instead of just gently placing it or continuing to cut like every other barber does. SHADOW BANNED? Kinda small PX but has the basics. Prices are typically high. Only really good deals are the items in the clearance isle. This is the closest military base from our children's home in Lee's Summit, so it has to do. The staff seemed friendly enough. 3rd time here, I've yet to see a bomber.
