THANK YOU Kaminski Furniture! After an awful experience with a large furniture store in St Louis County and waiting 9 months for our furniture that never came in, we cancelled our order with them. We came to Kaminski the same afternoon. We were assured we would not have the same experience ordering or Flexsteel Sofa, Loveseat and Ottoman. Faye helped us pick out a neutral fabric to coordinate with our Flexsteel recliners we already had. Plus fabric for the pillows. The owner gave us estimated time period for delivery due to the holidays. Our furniture came in 9 wks after we ordered it and was delivered today. We are extremely happy with our furniture! We had a positive experience dealing with the friendly and helpful staff at Kaminski Furniture. Plus the 3 three men that delivered our furniture were very friendly, careful caring in the furniture and setting it up. I will be recommending Kaminski Furniture to friends and family. IF I COULD LEAVE NO STARS I WOULD!!!!! SO WE HAPPENED TO BE LOOKING FOR A MATTRESS AND MY WIFE WANTED TO GO BACK TO THE SAME STORE SHE HAD PURCHASED OUR BED FRAME FROM (KAMINSKI'S), SHE WENT IN AND FOUND THE PERFECT ONE (SO SHE THOUGHT). AFTER 4 WEEKS OF WAITING AND NO CONTACT FROM KAMINSKI'S SHE CALLED AND THE MATTRESS WAS IN, WE PICKED IT UP AND AS SOON AS SHE LAID ON IT SHE KNEW WE HAD BEEN SCREWED, IT WAS NO WHERE NEAR THE SAME AS THE MATTRESS SHE HAD LAID ON IN THE STORE, SO SHE CALLED THEM UP AND TOLD THEM THERE WAS AN ISSUE AND THERE RESPONSE WAS "OH WELL YOU WILL GET USED TO IT" AND "YOU PICKED IT OUT" WHICH IS TOTALLY UNDERSTANDABLE SHE DID PICK IT OUT BUT WHERE THE ISSUE LIES IS ITS NOT THE SAME MATTRESS AS IN THE SHOW ROOM ITS LIKE LAYING ON PLYWOOD. FUNNY THING JUST WENT TO A LOCAL MATTRESS STORE WHO JUST SO HAPPENS TO HAVE THE EXACT SAME MATTRESS WE PURCHASED AND ITS NOTHING LIKE WHAT WE PURCHASED FROM KAMINSKI'S SOUNDS LIKE A CASE OF BAIT AND SWITCH TO ME.
