Delivered a load of I beams on 12/5/2019. Checking in on the kiosk was different. I was confused on if my number was a confirmation number or unload number but the receptionist was polite and explained then it was a breeze. She instructed me where to park and unsecure my load. I was almost finished when Andrew came out to verify the product and was nice to drag my chains over and handed them up to me so I didn’t have to keep climbing up and down. Strict on unload times but the two guys that directed me and unloaded me were stellar!!! Meaning they had smiles, they wee happy and very helpful. Don’t know the name of the first guy that directed me out in the yard but he was very awesome, medium height thin and wiry guy. Damien Dixon. Friendly and apt service. They'll help you out without grief if you're unfamiliar with anything. They have some covid screens in place.

GPS will take you an extra exit down but you can turn down jonesburg. Be careful of the town though it's small with lots of footpaths. Travel slowly. If you're coming from the E headed W exit 188 is a good idea because it allows you extra turn radius when turning next to the school.
