Mini Mart Warrenton — Local services in Warrenton

Last week my husband was doing laundry before picking me up from work. One of the largest washing machines never added water to the load it spun like it was working but didnt add any water. My husband didn't notice tell it was almost time to pull the couple of loads he has going. He let the attendant know who only offered to pay for a single dryer load 75cents verse 7.00$. Fast forward to today the laundromat we usally use was full so we once again decided to go to the mini mart. I had issues with 3 out of the 4 washers we used not working properly. The attendant paid for one load because of our previous experience. When it came to drying allot of the machines had out of order placed on them. I paid for the dryers and had to get the attendant again as one of the dryers wasnt working. He had me pay for another dryer! I understand they are under new management but they really should have a professional come out and inspect there machines to make sure they are properly running. How much money are they making not reimbursing people's money that had already paid for a service that didnt work?

In the past this was our go to laundromat sadly we will not...

The woman doing the training there was awful! She was being so incredibly rude to the brown-haired girl at the register. I wanted to talk to the manager about her behavior but o had places to be. Just a tip: rudely reprimanding your employe in front of customers is a big no-go. Just be nice

Anyway, my family and I have been going here ever since I was small. It's a huge part of our beach trips and I love it! The laundry mart is always clean and the machines wash the clothes well, and the food is pretty good all things considered. The jojo's are 100/10, be sure to try some! I have never had a problem here until today, and that problem didn't directly affect me. Overall nice...

It's really nice to have a 24 hour store in your town. They have super good coffee. There's a 24 hour laundromat and gas… I mean it's a really nice and it's a big enough store that it's like a grocery store. And they play rock 'n' roll💃It is too bad that the service is so inconsistent. When one part of the family is there, they do things one way, when the other part is there, they don't. I don't see what the big deal is to make a couple of ugly dogs if there are none in the case? Who cares if you are doing lunch. People like breakfast all day. It is a fact. IT takes 4 minutes....it makes me not want to go there, because you don't know...
