Phenomenonal food! The rainbow roll is by far my favorite sushi, you can really tell the quality of the fish and the time they've put into their work. The ramen is delicious as well and I really appreciate that they package the toppings separately so they don't get soggy if you take your food to go. I got to try the Thai tea today and it was so good - sweet but still has that strong flavor. They are always so happy and helpful while you're ordering, I love the customer service. I've only ever had great experiences with this truck. Their food is always amazing, and their service is always remarkable. The lady typically running things in there is one of the nicest people I think I've ever met, not only kind and helpful, but exceptionally accommodating and so genuine. I always look forward to ordering from them whenever I can.

I wanted to give it a 5 but we ordered takeout so I only had the food to judge on, so that is why it is a 4.

I had the seaside roll which was amazing! The orange eggs on top were a nice addition as well as the scallions. The sauces were AMAZING! I wish that there was just MORE!! Also had the potstickers which were good with the soy sauce. The filling had a good flavor, but it was a little dry.

Overall I am impressed and surprised by this food...
