Also, as of the end of 2023, Missouri has virtual drivers licenses too!!

The manager here was belligerent and told me I was in Missouri now, not Colorado (I was born and raised in Warsaw and graduated high school here and live here in Warsaw). He was verbally abusive and harassed my wife and I because my wife has a Colorado drivers license that can be scanned from your phone (you add your ID to the wallet). He said this is Missouri and it’s federally illegal to scan ID’s and was too belligerent to listen to me and understand several states now have virtual driver’s licenses in addition to your physical card. That’s all we used in Colorado was our virtual license which can be scanned just like a regular license. There is nothing illegal or sketchy about it. Missouri also has virtual drivers license starting last year. Drivers licenses are valid in all 50 states, just scan it. He told my wife to leave the store and that she wasn’t welcome there so I went in and bought the wine coolers while he told me I’m not in Colorado anymore. Was very nasty and way too aggressive toward my wife who never even cursed or raised her voice. My wife also worked at Newman’s back in high school when it was worth going to. The rude employee told us to go to Walmart to buy our alcohol. I have never been talked to like that by such a confused but angry man. He was hovering over us at the door yelling about what state we were in. Very creepy and uncomfortable. I told the manager to call the police to verify my wife’s license but he just wanted to yell at us for no reason. Also, my wife and I are 30 and we have went to Newmans for literally 30 years. I think he thought we weren’t from here so he could be abusive but we have been in this community since we were born and I’ve never seen someone be so awful to someone in this small rural town when they were just confused. The store opens at 6 or 7AM and closes at 9 PM you can call the store and ask for whichever department when needing to order something or to ask questions if needed The bathrooms in the store is down the ice cream aisle through the double doors If you need to order more than one 8 piece or 12 piece chicken please call the deli ahead of time they get swamped with orders sometimes and it makes it so much easier for them the deli closes usually around 7:00 PM (sometimes earlier) Bakery usually closes around 2 or 4 PM Deli Can't do Cake Orders so calling and asking for Bakery the next morning if they are gone is the best thing to do Deli deli gets in trouble if they take cake orders or try to write on the cakes Meat Department has good quality meats Produce Department has good quality vegetables and fruits the yogurt parfaits are delicious The store is clean The cashiers...

Ok I thought we would try this market out because we are looking for a different place to shop other than Wal-Mart. I doubt we ever shop here again. They have a 5 pack of Kraft Mac and Cheese with an almost 10.00 price tag when we pay way less than that at Walmart. The mark up in this store is absolutely outrageous! Like a small can of enfamil is 19.99 verses 11.99 and a package of instant potatoes family size is like 4.00 verses 1.90. We have a large family to feed so these prices will just...
