Bath Barn — Local services in Warwick Township

Just an observation about this business. We were referred there because we were looking for a bracket assembly for our shower door. They did look to see if they handled it, but we’re obviously more interested in selling us a shower door. When we told him that our doors came from Home Depot, he basically said that they are cheap and he is surprised that they lasted this long. Since they didn’t handle the part, we were told that the only thing that he could do was to sell us a new shower door. We told him that we will keep looking, because it seems silly to replace perfectly good shower doors because a little metal bracket wore out. He said, “good luck” Just an FYI. I came home and found the exact part, made by Kohler. $2 each, online. If we ever decide that we need new shower doors, it won’t be from the Bath Barn! From beginning to end, The Bath Barn delivered. Bob Eberly re-worked his design for us until we were 100% satisfied. He didn't stop until every option was considered. Bob also listened to our budget concerns and offered us less costly options, when available. Cody Hoover did an awesome job of keeping us informed of scheduling. We received regular calls or emails explaining what the next step would be and who would be working in our home next. Jay and Travis were polite, friendly, and hard-working. Nothing was too much trouble. The crew put plastic and/or drop cloths down and cleaned up every day. Michael Perry did a great job painting the bathroom for us. My wife and I have been customers since we moved into the Lititz area in 2001. We have always received dependable and courteous service, as well as advice and recommendations when requested. The same expert usually performs our annual HVAC and plumbing inspections/services which is a nice bonus. The gentleman is familiar with our home and he's easy to get along with. Three years ago we obtained quotes from three reputable companies to replace our HVAC system. One quote was way out there in left field. The other two were within $100 of each other.
