Brought my pc here today because it wouldn't power up due to a surge. The owner took it in the back and had his associate start to check me in. One minute later he called out to me and said it was working fine. He brought it back out to me and charged me nothing. He explained that my battery had fully drained which allowed the system to reset from the static discharge it had experienced. He then checked the battery and the system and sent me on my way free of charge. THIS GUY HAS ALL MY BUSINESS GOING FORWARD. Honestly is priceless people, this guy is a rare find. I will be having him put a SSD in my pc next week. Looking forward to actually giving him some much deserved business. Please keep in mind how easy it would've been for him to keep my computer back there and call me in two hours telling me it was fixed and that I owe them $100. Yes I went to PC shards to have my old computer looked at which was 10 years old and they explain to me being in the age of the computer that I'll be better off to get a new one or I could get that one fixed but it was up to me I want to Best buy and got another computer and brought it to him with my old one and had them transfer everything over because I'm not that good on the computers they did that okay I brought it home and went to go fire it up I couldn't get it going so I called them and they told me to bring it back there with the monitor and they'll get it going and they did and there was a cord that I needed but they had one and just gave it to me for free very good people to deal with they charge me a fee to transfer everything from one computer to the other which is fine after having problems and I couldn't get it going myself like I said I brought everything back up there which was not their fault I asked him how much that would be and they said no don't worry about it nothing very good honest people I highly...
