Extra Space Storage — Local services in Washington Township

I am in the process of moving, which is always difficult. I decided to reserve a storage unit at Extra Space after researching many different storage facilities this past month. Within 24 hours I received a telephone call from Austin of Extra Space. After speaking with him, I decided to actually purchase a storage unit that I reserved. Austin is very professional. I am disabled so he was able to find a unit that wouldn't be too far for me to walk. He also explained everything to me in detail. He advised that it was up to me as to what I was comfortable with, if I wanted to sign the lease in person or he would be sending it, via, email. I had a very good experience with Mitchell McLaughlin, the Assistant store manager. He was very kind and thorough as I signed up to rent space with them. He greeted me at the door and was very personable throughout the process. He even shared some great vegan restaurants that he experienced! I appreciated that for its a new journey for me.😃 The place is very clean and in order. I appreciate all he did for me. After renting unit through the Extra Space website 3 months ago , I received a notice my monthly rental fee was increasing from $140 to $220 a month ( including taxes ) . The manager at the Sewell , NJ facility, Austin Adams - Kaiser worked with me and was able to get the increase lowered . This was the second interaction I’ve had with Austin and both times he was great !
