I would like to express my concerns with taken a family pet to Tillers vet in a emergency. My husband accidental hit our dog with the car. She only weighed 9 pounds and was 14 years old. We brought her to Tillers and had to wait over an hour to see the vet, because they stated it was not an emergency. On the left side of her body her skin was missing and you could see her tendon in her leg. Finally get to see the vet and he insured us that she would be ok and just needed sewed up. The next day we pick her up the bill $949. I did not care as long as my dog was ok. Later that night we have to rush her to an overnight emergency room. She was throwing up and bleeding. They took X-rays and told us she had internal bleeding, she had been crushed. They could not believe that they did surgery on her. We had to put her to sleep because there was nothing they could do and she was in so much pain. I went back to the vet on Monday and was told that Tiller notice that the dog had extreme damage to her body and noted this to his paper work. When I picked her up this was not told to me! Why do the surgery and put her threw all of this pain. I should have been called. When I called to check on her they said she was ok. They also should have noticed her not eating, drinking and bleeding. They had her over 24 hours. I will not call him Tiller Killer but I will say they are very unprofessional and do not care about your animals. If they did, my dog would have not gone through all of the pain she endured.

Worst experience I’ve had. after father in law HIGHLY suggested tiller we took our dogs. It felt like a fever dream. No one made it apparent that they enjoyed working there. It almost felt like an inconvenience coming in and PAYING for their services. Not to mention the absolutely gut reaching stories I’ve heard online since then. Also heard tillers nickname the killer.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!SHARE SHARE SHARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I’m not normally one to leave a bad review, in fact I never have. I work at a retail facility and it hurts us to get bad reviews. With that being said the experience we just had was horrible (I guess you could say our four puppies had). Since I’m not one to write reviews I’m not one to look at them either and that was a big mistake in this situation. We have never had a bad experience (besides the rude desk girls). But we (mom and I) decided to board our dogs Tuesday- Monday and our poor babies went through HELL. Im really torn on how to rate this facility, Facebook won’t let me go lower than a 1, but I guess I’m fine with a 1 because my dogs were alive when I came back. When we picked them up they came out covered in peepee and Pooh, our dogs who are potty trained and NEVER potty in there kennel. One of them came out gurgling and coughing like something was wrong, when mom asked the girl she said “nothing is wrong with her, she is just excited” but it wasn’t an excitement cough or even a cough from the leash, something is wrong because it’s still going on. We took our food, because if we didn’t they said they’d feed them the food they provide, so we both bought new bags...for 5 1/2 days you’d think there would be a dent in the bag, there wasn’t still just as full as when we left it. They were suppose to be feeding a blue tick, beagle, and 2 yorkies. My beagle and blue tick eat a medium size bag of food a week. We asked them why our dogs were wet and the girl said “she is not wet”. So I went back in furious after we sat in the car for a second and said “I’m sorry, I’m just wondering do you not bathe my dogs? We have paid over $200 to board these dogs for a few days and they are covered in their bodily fluids.” she replied with “we do bathe them, you are just here too early”, I said “I know this did not just happen this morning, have you washed my dogs at all?” And she said “we wash them everyday”. Moms Bella (yorkie) has no hair on her little joint on her legs from laying on I guess concrete.. Moms Bentley (yorkie) squints his eyes and crouches down when we shut the doggy gate and it clicks, like he is scared. He has never been like that. My Lucy Lou (blue tick) looked like she hadn’t eaten. We finally got her where she was gaining weight, because she had a bad life before we got her. And now you can see her ribs again. My Waylon (beagle) I have NEVER seen his ribs before now and he looks like he hasn’t eaten in days. When we got them home and put food down, they hoarded it, eating as fast as they could.

Then Charles Brumley decided he was going to go back up there because they were treated so horrible and he wanted to talk to Dr.Tiller about it. So he did and he talked to him and told him everything and said he wanted his money back. He agreed to that but said we could not bring our dogs back (which is fine, we wouldn’t want to bring them back anyways). As charles and Tiller walked out into the lobby he said “get your money and don’t let the door hit ya on the way out”.

Our dogs have kennel cough unfortunately due to the lack of proper kennel conditions.

Moral of the story Tiller Vet Is a HORRIBLE place to board your animals or bring your animals quiet frankly. We thought they would be in good hands, but now we feel so bad for leaving our babies to go through something like that. Pay the extra money, board them somewhere nice, they are your family members! We are done with the attitudes and the rudeness from...

I’m not one to write a bad review and attempt to trash the reputation of a company/individual, but with that said, this needs to be said. I gave one star only due to the fact that I could not post unless I rated. I would not have given any stars if that was an option. We took my daughters dog to the clinic today thinking that she might have to be euthanized. Dr. Tillers partner ran some tests and informed us that her heart was strong, her liver and kidneys were good and overall she looked really good for her age but that her white blood count was extremely high. He told us that it was urgent that she have surgery due to pus in her uterus and that the surgery be performed soon because it was so dire. My daughter and I were relieved and ecstatic that we didn’t have to euthanize her and that we could pick her up later in the day today or tomorrow morning, December 29, 2018. They told us to check back. We called at 5:30 to find out she was in surgery, then 20 minutes later the phone call came from the doctor that Cloey had died in surgery and it wasn’t pus in her uterus at all, but instead, Dr. Tiller said her spleen was enlarged. My daughter didn’t ask any questions when Dr. Williams called her because she was so shocked and upset so I called back because what I was hearing didn’t make sense. I called Dr. Williams back and after explaining to me what happened, which still makes no sense because a spleen can be removed with no issues, he had the audacity to say to me, when I questioned him about the wrong diagnosis, “well it’s realky just a technical issue and you had brought her in to be euthanized anyways” as if to say her dying shouldn’t have been an ordeal because originally that was our plan, which if I might add, has nothing to do with what they did. He indicated because she had not eaten in several days and her spleen being enlarged, which I might reiterate once again, a spleen can be removed with no issues, and her age and the anesthesia, she went into shock and passed away during surgery. The icing on the cake, so to speak, came when he called my daughter to tell her Cloey had died in surgery and began to talk to her about the bill she owed. I understand there is a financial responsibility on her part, but that confirmed one thing to me and her, and that was her emotional state didn’t matter and the death of her long time companion didn’t matter. He had no compassion for the animal at all. It confirmed to me that one should never deal with a vet that doesn’t love the animals almost as much as the owner. Something is desperately wrong with this picture. How can a dog go from being in really good shape according to the doctor one hour, and within about an hour, the...

Love to tell you about my experience there today! I was also on Facebook yesterday. And was reading about their experience at Dr tillers animal clinic. However this has nothing to do with what was done or said by anyone on social media. This is my personal experience. Today I went into The Vet's there in waskom Tillers animal clinics.. I was standing in line behind another lady whom had been there for quite sometime . We both were waiting to be checked in by the receptionist. Whom by the way never even acknowledgd either one of us. Never spoke to us or anything else. As we were standing in line another customer walked up in front of the both of us and she ask that 3rd customer if she. Would help her. And I spoke up and said lmaam excuse me but we have been standing here for quite sometime. And we were waiting to be called to check in . We were first. And the little girl rolled her eyes at me and said omg... Let me get my manager. I said that must be exactly what they were talking about on faceboo yesterday.. And the so called manager come out from the office giving me a go to hell look and I told her don't come out at me like that. She proceed to tell me I didn't know the whole story on facebook and I told her . I do t really care about what was said or not said on Facebook..I was there to have my dogs second round of shots and merely wanted to see the vet and have my shots for my dog and to pay and go home. But, I thought it rather nasty of her clerk to take in other people over the ones that had been standing there waiting already.. And the office manager had the nerve to tell me if I didnt hush and let her speak that I wouldn't be seeing the vet today. Well guess what! If I have to be treated like that to see your Dr Tiller.. it isn't worth that to me. Besides that the only reason everybody has ever went to see him any ways is because he's the only low budget vet in our area. That's why he's had the business that he has had. It sure isn't because of they way your treated as paying customer. So from now on I will drive back down to Carthage where they treat you like a person that is paying for a service that they provide ..along with being treated with a caring and compassionate STAFF OF EMPLOYEES TREAT ANYONE AS THEY NEXT PERSON INLINE SBOULD BE TREATED WITH ZOME DIGNITY AND RESPECT. THANKS OFFICE FLUNKING FOR SHOWING YOUR TRUE COLORS ..AND DR TILLER YOUR FAR BETTER THAN That or So I Thought as For as you TO HAVE SOME TRASH LIKE THAT RUNNING YOUR OFFICE. I was there for care for my dog not for your go to hell looks that your unprofessional office staff gave me. I'll be glad to go back to Carthage! I enjoy the ride down...
