It took me a long time to try Zaap Thai. I have this weird thing about eating local. I wish I had tried them long before I did. They are the nicest people you can meet and their food is always delicious. The cost is great compared to other places similar to them in bigger cities. I’ve been here twice and both times have been very impressed. The red curry is a good blend of sweet from the coconut milk and savory. Their Tom yum is also very flavorful. They have a spice scale from 1-5 and it’s true to scale. I got a 3 and would say that’s definitely mid spice for my taste. This place used to be really good, and had some of the best noodles around that you could find. Lately this place has gone downhill.
