Celebrated my daughter Rita's college graduation at Verdi. Food was absolutely delishes. Staff very attentive and courteous. I would have given 5 stars but only has 2 bartenders for our party,a wedding party and regular club guests. It was a lot for 2 bartenders to handle. We paid for open bar and ppl not associated with our party learned of it and got free drinks using our party name until someone in our party realize what they where doing. Shame on those people taking advantage of Verdi. Joanne Cavallo D'Amelio was absolutely wonderful in making sure we were taken care of. ❤ I know it's just starting back to a normal and maybe the reason why there wasn't a portable outside bar for our party or they were short staffed. Played here for my first time ever. I hadn't ever heard much of it either way so I didn't know what to expect.

First off, layout: I'd say subpar. Most of the holes art squeezed in together so tight that they dog leg around eachother. Even very slightly errant tee shots end up in adjacent fairways. You can leave your driver home, you don't need it the entire round.

Conditions: Meh. Lots of burnt out of bare fairways. The rough isn't "rough". It's no more punishing than the fairway. Lots of hardpan all over and spotty patches in the fringes. The greens were in good shape but looong and slow.

The carts were absolute garbage old gas carts. Not wanting to go forward sometimes and loose broken steering.

This is definitely not your best option in the area. The course alone is not maintained very well. The starter was rude and has limited knowledge of the actual rules, even after we thoroughly and explicitly pointed out those rules to him, which contradicted his reasoning. We ended up getting our money back before we even started. It will be a while, if at all, before I ever return here. Like I said, there are better options...
