LOCAL SEAFOOD MARKET ARRIVES IN NIANTIC - I accidentally found Fish Niantic while in Niantic 3/22/2023. I met the owner Bryan Hunt. Been in business since 12/2022. All seafood is fresh daily from Stonington and Rhode Island What an impressive display. I picked the fresh sea bas for Wednesday's dinner. Baked with salt pepper, lemon and butter. Tender and delicious. So much to choose from. Today, Friday my wife Pinky and I visited Niantic Seafood. Place was jumpin with customers. Glad to see! Today we choose the summer flounder. My wife is making Flounder Francese! Yummy! Fresh seafood is so different than what you get supposedly fresh at the super market. Price is a little higher than super markets but Definately worth the extra money. The taste difference is amazing. We will be shopping here in the future for all our seafood needs. They have, or can get anything you want including oysters and clams. Lots of homeade items. Stuffed clams, smoked salmon, smoked oysters, lobster meat etc. Stop in and see Bryan Hunt the owner or Luke for your seafood need and cooking suggestions. You won't be disappointed Tony...

Although it has been there for the better part of a year, it was just 3 months ago that we found out from a friend that we could buy fresh fish two minutes from our house. It’s right there, but not easy to find. Hope Street and Methodist Street.
We’ve tried the salmon, swordfish, flounder, shrimp and halibut. It is the freshest, most high quality seafood that we have found between Westbrook and Mystic. Well worth then price, considering the quality and the location.
The owner, Bryan Hunt, is a commercial fisherman and can tell you anything you want to know about where the fish came from and when it was caught. Clean and well organized. Feel fortunate to have this in our little town!

Read moreI've been coming to Fish for a few years now, and it never disappoints. The seafood is incredibly fresh — you can literally taste the ocean! Whether I'm picking up wild salmon, live lobster, or fresh oysters, everything is top-notch.
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to give cooking tips or help you find exactly what you need. Prices are fair for the quality, and the variety is impressive. They even carry some specialty items you won’t find in a regular grocery store.
It’s clean, well-organized, and has that authentic “local gem” feel. If you’re a seafood lover, this place is a must....
