The product is good but I'm unsatisfied with the blonde woman running the tractor. After getting a half yard of soil she had to let the tractor warm up. I get that, 10 minutes later she's filling up another man's mulch who came after me. After waiting 15 minutes I was able to get the material. Later today I went to get mulch. She had to "warm up" the tractor again. I've ran these machines before and you really only gotta warm them up in the morning or on a chilly day. Today was 70⁰ I then had to wait 20 minutes to be loaded. I get that I'm not the only costumer but I have jobs to complete before days end and pointlessly waiting to be loaded isn't a professional loading experience. Just purchased 5 yards of mulch from Scott’s. So easy! They put us on their schedule, delivered it, and took payment via squarespace. All within a 4 day window. Good price, great service.
