If I can give them zero starts, I would. Stay away from this company, they lie, deceit and will say anything to get you to buy Direct TV and they will not step up to support you. Here is what happened: • I had Direct TV come for an install and their technician said I do not have a line of site • The owner of Precision called me a few weeks later and stated "the Direct TV technicians are lazy and they told me this because my house is a difficult install and they don't want to do the job" • He then stated that Precision has nearly a 100% success rate of getting service when Direct TV says they cannot. • I believed him and they sent a technician by the name of Aaron. • Aaron stated that I have nearly a 100% line of site on two of the satellite singles and 90% on the other one. He said that an acceptable line of site is 70%. • He proceeded with the install and while the Direct TV receivers were updating, he said it will take 1.5 hours to finish and he wanted to go home because his girlfriend was in the car waiting for him. • He left a huge mess at my house and promised to come back the next day to finish the install and clean up. • He never showed up and I called Precision and spoke with Ted several times. • After I sent pictures of the mess, Ted decided to send a different technical to my house because as he stated, that was a horrible job that Aaron did and he does not want him back in my house again. • After the new technical came and cleaned up and finished the install, the service worked for about 2 to 3 hours and then everything was pixilated and there was about a 15 second delay when changing channels. • I called Ted several more times and he said he will send a Direct TV master technician because it is out of his hand at that point • When the Direct TV technician came out, he said this service should have never been installed because I am only getting 30% to 40% line of site on one signal and 0% on the other two signals. • After reporting this to Direct TV, they agree to cancel at no charge. • Ted followed up with me a few days later (after he saw the cancellation) and I explained how they lied and cheated me in so many ways. • Ted committed to trying to help me recover any money that Direct TV would not refund (namely the $105 equipment bridge fee for the Genie I was charged) • When in fact Direct TV did not return this money, I called Ted and he did not stick to his commitment and recommended that I dispute this with the credit card company. • At the end of the day, don’t trust this company and don’t allow them to come to your house. I recommend you go to Direct TV and have their technical tell you the truth. • Regardless of how attractive the offer may sound, don’t switch to direct TV unless their technical tells you that you have a line of site.

Read moreIn October 2020 I signed up for Direct TV through Precision. They said I would receive an additional $100 gift card for going through them. I had not received the gift card by November and Precision said it would take 6-8 weeks to get it. Still didn't get the card by January 2021 and called Precision who said it takes 12 weeks for the card to come. Called Precision in February because the card never came, they had me call AT&T. AT&T said they had no record of the request being submitted. Called Precision and and they said they put in a new request. Called Precision in early March, and they said card request was processed in February and to call them at the end of March. Called Precision at the end of March and and they said it takes 8 weeks to process. Said they would discuss cutting a check for $100 if card did not arrive. Called Precision in mid April and told them card still had not come, they said they did everything possible and basically washed their hands of it. They would not cut a $100 check either. Precision said I should call AT&T again. Called At&T and they had no record of the request from Precision and they sent me to Direct TV who said they had no record of the request, and now it was too late to process anything since 120 days had expired since hookup.
Bottom line don't believe you will get anything extra by going through Precision deal directly...

Still waiting for satisfaction from this company that I have been a long time customer with. November 2023 I have been doing business with Precision Satellite for years and have been satisfied. However, this last year I was charged for not returning equipment, which Precision was suppose to do. Since April of this year 2023, I still have not received the $143.10 charged for equipment and have only been getting the run around...
