This place is horrible. Went there last week with my wife and picked out a bed frame and things where looking up. We paid our deposit on the bed frame and was told we would get a call the next week when our frame came in. This last Wednesday my wife called up the store only to be told the bedframe had come in. We went too the store to fill out some paperwork so it could be delivered. Then we where told we owed them extra money for the frame to be delivered which we where never told that at the beginning. They told us they would deliver the frame to us the next morning. Next morning comes and they call us, telling us the frame got damaged and they where going to give us our money back. We got to the store and asked one of the owners several times if we could see the bed frame, that maybe we could take it. She refused to let us see it and claimed it was boxed up. The second we walked into the door she was giving us attitude. She didn't even try and give us a frame on discount or something for our troubles and there mistake. The owner was unprofessional and rude and I honestly don't know how they are staying...

Great store, plenty of selection to choose from. Even if what you want is not on the show floor the owners themselves helped to find a product on their website! They have great deals and are more than helpful with every small thing I was looking for. I just went into this store to look at beds and circled the entire showroom with not even a hello. It was likely close to 5 mins I was in there while a woman was at the desk.
