I started out with Masters for my central air installation. The technician came out and provided me with an estimate, which I accepted. I then waited a couple of days for the installation. On the day of the installation, the technician arrived while talking on his phone, often complaining about the job. They informed me that I needed to replace the floor under my furnace and that they would not handle that. I was told I had to hire a professional to replace my floor, which was only about 13 by 13 square feet. Additionally, they said he needed another person to accompany him because he was not willing to go into my crawl space. To make matters worse, they also quoted me an additional $1,000 over the original estimate I had agreed to. Feeling frustrated, I immediately called Gibbons. Dana came out the same day to give me a quote. He took the time to explain everything to me and understood my concerns. He confirmed that the floor did need to be replaced, but assured me it wasn’t a significant issue and that the central air could still be installed without problems. A couple of days later, the technicians arrived. One technician fixed my floor at no extra cost, while the other installed the central air. They came around 9 AM and didn't leave until almost 9 PM. Although they took a short lunch break, they worked hard the entire time they were there. I was extremely impressed with their dedication and the quality of their work. I will NEVER use any other company for HVAC work or any additional services they offer. I wholeheartedly recommend Gibbons. They got the job done right, and my house is now nice and cool.N

I am editing this review due to the ridiculous pos furnace that was installed in my home. In 4 years it has broken 4 times. I will never call Gibsons again. Another issue happened. I had a pipe clog up. The young man they sent to fix it did not put the shark bite back and caused my basement to flood. He was mad because he had to work after 5pm and we had to call his boss to get him to put the toilet back in place. He was going to leave it off and wanted to be paid. We had left for Kansas and when we got back had about 2 inches of water in the fully carpeted finished basement. Walls furniture and carpet ruined. The owner came out and offered me 4000.00 to call it "even" telling me the insurance wouldn't pay much. I did not accept his offer. Replaced the furnace and added central air. Update as of March 19, 2024... After the installation of my heat and air a leak developed in the pipe where Gibson's added a drain to my existing plumbing for the AC. They made three trips out to "fix" it. The ceiling tile was destroyed by water each time that they never offered to replace. The leak began again and I called a different company to come fix it. Gibson's had drilled a hole in my existing plumbing shoved the new drain pipe in it and siliconed auound it. Needless to say over time it started leaking again. We had our water heater replaced. Gibson's was recommended to us by another company, because they work with mobile homes. Scheduling was easy on their website with a prompt follow-up call. The office provided all of the information that I needed for the appointment and assured me that they would let me know when to expect the technician. Once the service technician, Mark, arrived he introduced himself and the plan to diagnose the issue and offer solutions. He thoroughly explained the issue and was able to effectively answer my questions to help me choose the best option for our situation. Mark worked efficiently to prepare the old water heater for removal while the replacement was delivered. Once the new water heater arrived, Mark made the connections and checked his work, giving us a piece of mind. Mark was respectful of the home, diligently using the shoe covers appropriately during the entire visit. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and empathetic. I truly appreciate Mark's work and I am grateful for all that he and the Gibson team did to get our water heater issue resolved the same day of the call. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Mark and the Gibson Heating & Plumbing team.

Gibson’s honesty and professionalism really impressed my family. Not only did they save us thousands by telling us it was a repairable issue, they are the only company who looked into the issue enough to find out our situation was dangerous. We called Gibson because our heat stopped responding to the thermostat and wouldn’t shut off no matter how hot it got or even if you turned the heat off from the thermostat. We had to turn it on and off at the breaker. Each time we turned it back on there would be a burnt smell. We made many calls to have people come look at it and had multiple people come and tell us we needed a new unit. Some of these people never even went up to the attic to look at our unit. One, who charged $150 for an emergency visit, went up and said they couldn’t get to the unit and recommended we relocate it and ultimately get a new one. No one told us to stop using our heat. The technician from Gibson was able to tell us in minutes after looking at the unit what the problem was. And it was dangerous. Our board and the wires running up to it were burnt. He showed us a picture and they looked completely charred. It was terrifying, but repairable he said. They ordered the part that day and told us we had to stop using our heat. The part came in faster than anticipated and they wasted no time coming to fix it at a completely reasonable price. We’re so grateful to Gibson and especially our technician for what very well could have prevented our family from something far more devastating than a couple days...

We recently had Gibson's Heating & Plumbing replace our almost 30 year old HVAC unit. We had joined their servicing program in June and so happy we did! As a member we were able to get discounts and special pricing as well as continued servicing throughout the lifetime of our equipment. We were extremely impressed and satisfied with the whole experience from the first phone call and servicing in June, to the recent assessment of our HVAC, to the salesman with 40 years plus experience in the business, to the actual installation & the install techs. Chris & Joe are very kind and friendly young men who really knew what they're doing and went above and beyond to make it all happen. Very thorough and detailed in every way. Super happy them! When we realized we had a problem with the furnace Gibson's sent a service tech the next day and within one week we were completely set up with brand new equipment! Prompt and timely responses on all levels with an incredibly professional team of people who are ALL super informative, professional, knowledgable, kind/positive attitudes, well-trained, great customer relations etc, etc...couldn't be more happy we chose Gibson's for our home heating & cooling needs. Only wish we would have reached out to them for our recent hot water heater replacement, they actually squared up the shabby job that was left behind by the ppl we had install it. THANK YOU SO...
