The first time i went which was about a week ago (we ordered cold subs) was an amazing experience! The second time i went, just a few days ago.. my sub was made so poorly, it had way too much mayo, no lettuce or tomato (which ordering online it clearly stipulates all sandwiches come with Lettuce, Tomato, & Mayo) it was literally bread, cheese, and meat. I was so disgusted seeing that I had ordered the sandwich right before heading to work and picked it up on my way. Now today, I ordered two subs made the same way. There is no mayo on either sub and the cheese is not white American cheese it’s cheese from the packets you would get at the grocery store. I’m disgusted and I will not be patronizing here anymore.
