Three Forks Marketplace — Local services in Watertown

A good mom and pop store with a great selection and a wonderful deli! The chicken strips are AMAZING! However, the prices leave a bit to be desired at times but it's the cost of convenience. . I need to amend my review from two years ago, considering recent circumstances. Over the last month, I have noticed several items I have purchased from this establishment were long out of date. The item purchased in this picture was acquired today (1/5/2020). Last night, my wife and I found at least 7 blocks of cheese in the dairy section that had been expired for several months. These instances were quietly mentioned to the staff, but I am under the belief that nothing will change hence why I am mentioning it publicly. Some of the employees are very, very nice, so I just want to start out by giving them props, however, management there leaves much to be desired. Very rude. I wouldnt treat people that way. The problem is that there's not another grocery store around that area for about 15 miles or so, so because people are sometimes forced to go there, or want to support local business (which I love to do) management seems to think they can treat people however they please. Not everyone is out to get you or take you for a dime. Treating people like they're "less than" will only get you a bad reputation, hurt your business, and leave a terrible individual legacy. Besides, you don't know what people are going through personally and a smile and a kind word can turn a hard day into a little...

Sad that they are rude to customers!!! Treat people bad because they are only grocery store that is decent for miles...I only go because of the deli. But today is my last time. I heard the manager bitching out employee in front of customers.. And then as I was checking out the girl there very very rude...clerk or whatever she does there,, condesending attitude by her..very rude..manager stood by and never said a word..think she was his relative because they acted alike.
