Edited Review: After the owner's review-reply, we decided to try this grill a second chance and had a MUCH better experience. The elderly gentleman was very friendly, kind, and helpful with ordering. We took our order home. The food was pretty good. We're glad for the owners response and that we gave this place another try. We'll be back.

Original review: I had been wanting to give this local restaurant a try so we stopped in on Watertown's yard sale day. The clerk was on his cell phone behind the counter when we entered, and completely ignored us. I thought, "Surely he'll let us know he will be right with us." In the mean time, we started to figure out what we wanted to try.

You'll first notice that this place has a few tables but clearly set up for carry out over eating in. It was dark (all the inside lights were off) and NOT very clean. After reviewing the expansive menu plastered over the walls, we stood there for several more minutes. The man continued with his conversation. Clearly, he didn't want to do any cooking that day, despite potentially having LOTS of business from shoppers coming into town for this sale. I asked my husband out loud if he wanted to leave. He said he did, and the phone conversation continued as we left.

You would think the man might, at that point, say something to indicate he wanted to keep a customer. Nope. Since Covid, my expectations regarding customer service has been reset. But this really...

I enjoy great food and great service. The owner was very hospitable. My only regret is that it's not close to where I live otherwise I would eat at this location everyday. I was just passing through and the food was amazing. If I'm ever in the City again I will definitely eat here and I recommend this restaurant to everyone and from what I observed, all of the locals feel the same. I noticed that everyone who walked into the restaurant were regular customers and the owner knew everyone that walked in and he greeted everyone with a warm smile. Today 12/22/20 I ordered a Philly cheesesteak order of fries and a reg cheeseburger. The guy who by the way was nice but was not the regular guy who is in there charged me 20.18 FOR 3 ITEMS. then the Philly didn't taste like it usually does I could taste burnt pieces like the grill wasn't cleaned so it didn't even get ate. The burger was cooked right after so it didn't taste like it was supposed to either but it was for someone else they ate it anyway. I have never complained about this place ever. It's always good. I was really disappointed and kinda mad about being charged so much. Won't be back unless the regular...
