SO disappointed in this business. My wife purchased an item and paid to have it sent to her sister for her sisters birthday - 9 days in advance. Store employee told my wife they would NOT charge her card until the item shipped and then she would receive an e-mail with the tracking number. Her card was charged 2 days after she ordered the item BUT it has NOT shipped yet, 7 days later. OMG thats not good. My wife was told the email would be coming from FedEx- She never gave Carruth permission to pass along her email address. Nothing but deceit and lies...... wonder if passing along email address is a violation of the law...... think I'll check with the sec of State...... and file a complaint with them too.Time to TRAIN the store employees better show some concern for the screw-up. The young lady at the counter was very friendly, and kindly brought the item I chose to the counter for me. The sales portion of Carruth was getting ready to change locations, so only a few items were available for purchase. That situation will be changing in a couple of weeks, following the move.
