Dollar General — Local services in Watseka

Store isn't too bad but very crammed. Most of the staff is very polite and friendly. Except an older, frail, short women who not only seemed to harass but staulk customers. Grabbed 4 movies that I was asking my significant other too choose from when she very rudly walked up and snatched them out of my hands and told me these will be up at the check out when your ready to check out. As I proceeded to go to the checkout I noticed she placed them back on the shelves. I didnt noticed if they had cameras but if so I would love to share that I never once made a move to deprive them of merchandise and too see/show how she aggressively ripped them from my hands and treated me. As well as how I was staulked and harassed. One bad apple ruins the whole positive flow of the store. A damn shame! Regina...

I only go as a necessity. It's the worst DG by far. The store is nasty. The employees are rude and you don't know if they are customers or not. They dress horribly, not even remotely like an employee should. The one today was outside the front doors smoking and looking at stuff on the carts they set out. When she came to the register I was shocked at her apparel. When I asked her not put the Cutter Outdoor Fogger cans with my meat skewers she got an attitude. I said have a nice day when I was done and got nothing in return. She is also the same complaining she had to work sick a month or so ago when I was there. They need to close the store if they cant clean it up or get actual people that can work...

I don’t know what has happened to the store, but it has become one of the most cluttered filthiest unstocked dollar stores that I have been in in a long time. Not sure if it is a staffing problem or management problem, But I used to love this store and would often bypass Walmart to come here, now I skip Dollar General and go straight to Walmart. I really hope they can figure out a solution because it’s handy and closer...
