Had an excellent time apple picking! We’ve never done the whole “pick your own” thing before but the farm has a super straight forward process. Due to covid you can’t currently bring your own bags/containers (it doesn’t mention this on the website) but they provide one bag for free and have additional bags available. One bag can fit up to 20 pounds of apples so it’s a good size for most needs. When we came they had red delicious, golden delicious, Fuji, and Newtown pippin apples. There were tons of rows of trees with plenty of healthy apples to choose from. The checkout process was also pretty painless and the price per pound was very affordable for fresh apples! I would definitely recommend coming here early if you can, as parking fills up fast!

This was my first time apple picking. I quickly learned I don't know how to identify apples. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They will tell you exactly where to find the apples you are looking for. Wear a hat or bring some sunscreen. The apple picking went by so quickly. We spent most of our time in line to check out. If I went again I would probably bring a bag that rolled so I didn't have to hold onto 20 lbs of apples in line for 30 mins. If you don't want to pick your own apples but want them fresh the gift shop sells them. The gift shop also had local honey and other jarred goods. The pie is fantastic and a must try! The antique shop was fun to wander around in.

This is a nice apple picking farm, with delicious apples. There are lots of trees and they aren't too tall, so it's easy for kids and adults to pick the apples. There are a lot of photo-worthy spots, too. There's plenty of parking, and portable restrooms to use with an area to wash your hands. They accept both cash and cards for payment. The apples were $1.55 per pound when we went. Gizditch Ranch across the dirt road is convenient as well. We brought our own wagon, which was helpful for transporting the buckets of apples.

GOOD: 3 stars for having an apple farm and setting it up for people to pick delicious apples. Enough space for many families to gather and eat / have a picnic, all good things! It is a nice outdoor activity for the kids for sure...for adults, depends who you ask and what you compare it to...it's an ok experience. Family affair for sure.

BAD: The line for food is just ridiculously long and takes way too long (we waited for at least an hour, sure feel like a dummy but no way expected to wait for an hour for a sandwich lunch). FIRST of all, signs for masks to go into the store and where you order food is everywhere, which is great. Inside the kitchen THOUGH, where they prepare the food and pies, noticed 2 out 4 actually preparing the food either had their masks on their chins or not actually covering their noses.

Lunch, FYI is just a sandwich, chips, cookie and a drink, quality was fine, I just think it'd have been a much better experience for us to have brought our own and have lunch at the picnic area.

Pies a la mode were delicious and fast. TIPS TO OWNER / OPERATION, either prepack sandwiches or have more than 1 sandwich maker, form 2 lines 1 for just pies and 1 for just sandwiches / lunch. Gather some data, how much of your lunch business is from sandwiches which is causing such a long line issue. Pies with ice cream were flying off the shelves and quick and easy serve. When we finally ordered our lunch, the given to us was another 25 mins! LOL. It turned out to be maybe 15 mins but still. An hour and 15 mins for a freaking sandwich lunch. What a bunch of...
