Dollar Fresh Market — Local services in Waukon

I was recently in the store buying groceries. When I went to the self checkout, my coffee didn't ring up on sale. There was only one checker so I patiently waited for her to finish with another customer. I waited nearly 10 minutes for her to finish with the same customer. I could hear their interaction. Items were not ringing up correctly. The checker refused to fix the issue even though the customer was clearly right. She finally came over to assist me and refused to fix the price on my item. I double checked the shelf label before putting the item in my cart. I've worked retail for over 14 years so I know what I'm doing. She was rude and wanted to argue with me so I told her to just delete the item and I'd get it somewhere else. This is not the first time I've had employees in this store be rude to me and I've heard them talking badly about other customers in the past. Needless to say I've had enough of this location and I'll be going elsewhere from now on. Corporate really needs to straighten this store out. Horrible...

I visited this store today in the morning and was EXTREMELY satisfied.

The employees greeted me and helped me find everything I needed. There were a lot of people working so I had no issues when it was necessary to ask questions.

As the name might suggest, everything they had appeared very fresh and the prices were cheaper than you’ll find just about anywhere else.

The store overall was very clean - inclusive of the restrooms.

They cooked a pizza for me (see picture) which tasted amazing as well!

I highly recommend shopping here for all of your future needs! I will definitely...

I thought it was a dollar store since the name is dollar fresh very few things in there for a dollar maybe two or three everything is expensive and nothing is in one spot if you're looking for say lunch meat it's in three different places the left side of the store the middle of the store and the back of the store same with everything else I looked for it such a scattered up mess and so expensive I won't...
