Apple Ridge Care Center in Waverly, Missouri sets in the rolling hills over looking the Missouri River. Prior to covid-19 I always enjoyed visiting my aunt who they called "momma" and my cousin who shared a room with her. We were able to share tasty meals together. We observed some of the planned activities they had for the residents. Most that could, participated and had a good time. My aunt says they are good to them. I could see the loving care the staff had for everyone. The facility was always clean when we came to visit. It appeared to have sufficient number of staff members to take care of everyone.
