I ordered a chair that they did not have in stock. The saleswoman Carol was very polite and ordered the the chair .it was a1.500 hundred dollar recliner. When I received the recliner it in no way shape or form resembled the one she showed me And I asked her if I could return it and get the color I asked for in the in store magazine she showed me she informed me that there would be a restocking fee off 20 percent even after I have spent over 10.000 dollars there in furniture and while we where still discussing it Carol just hung up on me I personally wouldn't recommend Cole's or Carol for any customers who are there to get...
