Wow... Do I love this place. The movie experience here is always a top notch. The projection is perfect(digital) the sound is marvelous(also digital). The popcorn is to die for. It's made in house and is salted to perfection and the coke is wonderful. The food is reasonably priced so no second mortgage to by the kids popcorn candy and drinks. One of the owners is always there and always greets me with a warm handshake and genuine warmth. I even go to see kids movies because I just love the trip. My husband and I and a grandson enjoyed the movie Grinch tonight in the same hometown theater that I attended as a child. The first movie I remember watching there when I was about 8 was Love Me Tender starring Elvis Presley. Through the years the Flexer family have owned and operated the Mi-De-GA and provided a safe environment for countless children on Saturday afternoons and entertained teens and adults with the latest movies and you feel special when you are greeted by the owner when you hand him your ticket as you enter. This place is a great family-owned theater. The prices are way less than going to any franchised theater. The seats are very comfortable and their Dolby Surround Sound is excellent. The owners keep the kids and the teenagers from making a Ruckus and disturbing the other customers which is something you don't get with the bigger theaters. Awesome experience...
