I could not be more pleased with Click n Furnish (did I format that right?!)! I had not heard of this company before this purchase and decided to take a chance because elsewhere this exact dresser is $80+ more, so price dictated my decision to give this unknown to me company a try. I purchased on a Thursday afternoon and got a shipping confirmation that night. I was legit shocked and a little skeptical bc frankly who processes orders that fast AND ships that fast? Click n Furnish! Not only did they ship immediately but my delivery date was slated for the next day - again, skeptical of that bc that’s not even 24 hours. Note, they did ship within my state so perhaps proximity played a role in estimated delivery. While the dresser did not actually arrive the next day or even the day after that, it did arrive that Monday. And to me, that is still super quick. I in no way fault Click n Furnish for the delayed delivery and frankly, the next day or three days later, idc - they shipped my order faster than anyone has ever shipped anything. Instead it’s the fault of FedEx who let’s face it are awful, slow and do not take care with parcels and packages. That being said, this dresser is extremely heavy, 139 lb, says the box. And while the dresser is heavy in the packaging, it’s not a quality piece of furniture - which is fine. I was going for was going for aesthetically pleasing and price. Due to the weight and awkwardness of the dresser (large size) I expected it to come with imperfections. It wasn’t a matter of if but rather how many. It did come with them and they are noticeable, see photos, but again, that is to be expected when you have ready to assemble HEAVY furniture delivered. Read moreI would have loved to have given Click n Furnish a 5 star review, but unfortunately we have spent a lot of money and been disappointed with Click n Furnish products and their lack of warranty on the products they sell, and now we realize they do.not allow customers to leave reviews on their site. I am thinking they cherry pick the reviews. My husband and I purchased (10) Ashley Hyland wave Outdoor Swivel Glider Chairs last year because they were beautiful and a great deal, but you know what they say , when something is to good to be true , you are probably right . Such was the case. Click n Furnish obtained these chairs and sells them at a lower price , but the chairs have a manufacturing defect . Five of our chairs broke at the base where the seat connects to the stand, while someone was sitting on them . So glad no one was permanently hurt. I spent hours on the phone with Click n Furnish who do not honor a one year guarantee on this product , but directed us to Ashley Furniture representatives, who told us they were limited at what they could do for us because we purchased our chairs through a third party , albeit an online furniture store . We finally have been able to order the replacement parts for a couple of the chairs , but we are aware these replacement parts are probably same defective part. So disappointing. We got the item we wanted at the best price I’ve seen, but based on reviews, only order if you do not need it asap. You get a confirmation email immediately that says they will notify you when your item ships, but apparently they then have to order some items from other 3rd party entities, so it can be a process. I read some of the bad reviews and was worried that I had possibly been scammed, especially when there is no way to check your order status online(they have a page for it, but it does not work nor let you type in order numbers or anything). That being said, I filled out an inquiry online through the ‘contact us’ and they did text me the next business day explaining the estimated shipping date. They were communicative and helpful through the text. We ordered an ottoman to match our couch that has been discontinued in store, so this was a great way meet our need. It only took 10 days from ordering to delivering, so that’s great, but I do wish there was a way to check estimated delivery status online, instead of having to use their ‘contact us’, because when you are on a website and the ‘check order status’ page doesn’t work, it definitely seemed scammy.
