The prices are good. The selection is pretty impressive.

But where this store shines is the staff. I was helped quickly but I didn't feel pressured to do anything but look at my own pace. When I decided what I would buy (a bed, dresser and armoire thingy) I was helped immediately.

Now comes the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. Through no fault of any employee, a part for my bed took two months to get in. BUT I was kept in the loop. I was told the part wasn't in stock and would take a while to come in. This was made clear to me before I paid a cent. The part ended up taking even longer to get in than anticipated. I was told about this as soon as it was known. I was given the option to have a refund. But I picked furniture that I wanted so I was willing to wait. At no point did I feel like I had been forgotten or neglected as a customer. Apologies were given and I was told the truth about what happened.

The delivery went amazingly. Careful and quick with getting the furniture in and set up. Really polite and thoughtful employees. Before they had me sign for the delivery, they made sure I was completely happy.

I work with Jesse at the 12th St Sioux Falls location. He is polite, respectful and very helpful! I purchased my couch, love seat, oversized chair and ottoman from them a year ago and it's THE best set I've ever owned. It was delivered and set up with no issues. Great quality as well! Recently I purchased my boys' bunk beds and 2 end tables from them and we had issues with the stairs to the bunks fitting in the room, he was very prompt at getting me the next available delivery date and making sure I got exactly what I needed. I see quite a few bad reviews on here but I have yet to buy a faulty piece of furniture from them or have anyone give me the run around or be rude. My advice is to deal with Jesse, since he''s the only one I've even spoken too and he is fantastic and I haven't had even the slightest issue. Also, take your time. Whether it's in their discount showroom, or their main building, you'll find a wide variety of furniture, along with staff who seem willing to bend over backward to get you the best deal possible. Our main point of contact throughout all our dealings has been Justin, who after selling us a new living room set, also managed to get us a discount on an already discounted buffet, as well as a wine rack. We were also allowed to do some mix and matching on our living room set, swapping out the chair for a super comfy recliner. He has also been beyond helpful in walking us through the warranty process after one of our items sustained some damage. I cannot recommend him, and this store, enough.
