This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership and it was hands down, the most enjoyable, stress free, personable experience that I could have imagined. Dan MacDonald will be my go to guy for any future purchasing needs! He walked me through the lot asking what I was looking for, what I wanted to pay and he found the PERFECT car for me. From there, Dan and Nate helped me complete paperwork, answered any of my silly questions and assisted me from start to finish. Very very impressed with the environment overall. Everyone at the office had a smile and made my experience enjoyable. I even received a follow up call from Dana a few days later asking how I enjoyed my Explorer and if there was anything he could help me with. 2 Months After Purchase: Due to the amount of time that I have spent at Jack Demmer after purchasing my Explorer in July, one might be disappointed with the unforeseen issues that have occurred with my used vehicle. If it hadn't been for Pat, in service, and Dan, my original salesman, I would not be as pleased, but these guys and everyone that I have been in contact with at Jack Demmer have made this experience a lot less stressful. I have been working directly with Pat off and on for the last month to resolve my car issues and although every outcome hasn't been desirable, every communication that I have with Pat has involved a laughed, a positive experience and a solution to make sure I had a rental car and a timeline in place as to when I would have my vehicle back. Even when Pat gave me an update on my vehicle and said we would talk at the end of the week, he still took the time to call me throughout the week to make sure I was in the loop with any updates that surfaced. Every member of the service team has been absolutely wonderful, but I cannot thank Pat enough for his dedication, efforts and passion that he has for every customer that I witnessed him come into contact with. Read moreTook my daughter's car there to get some recalls done on the car before it was dropped off was told that it would be back the same day they did pick it up from the house because it was a safety recall for the airbags then my daughter called to check the status of her car the day she was supposed to get it back the guy Tom in the service department said that even if I had three guys on your car all day it still wouldn't get done in one day I don't know who told you that it would be one day that was the person that set up the appointment but if you do your research the airbags shouldn't have took more than a couple hours to do the brakes were literally brand new from Belle Tire new calipers rotors pads they said they had to change the fluid in the head to heat up the bleeder screws on the brand new calipers that don't have rust on them so they don't have to heat them up so they don't break the bleeder screws which is a crack of bulshit then they said it would be done at 3:00 the second day she still does not have her car back they said it should be done by the end of the day called the service manager three times left three messages he does not answer the phone nor does he call back I do not advise anybody to take their car for service to Jack Demmer Ford my mom also bought a car from Jack Demmer Ford off their used lot it was supposedly dealer inspected it needed rotors and pads all the way around she paid cash for it the rotors were grooved the pedal was pulsating because they were warped and groove so bad she did not know anything about it she took it back to the next day after I looked at it and told her and they said that there's nothing he can do about it. Please steer clear of their service department and if you buy a car from them have an actual mechanic look at it just because it's a dealership they are not all certified to work on cars there are very unprofessional when you tell somebody they can throw their car back together so you can have it if it's such a safety recall you wouldn't just throw it back together and tell them...
Read moreWORST SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED DO NOT TAKE ANY NON FORD SERVICE NEEDS TO THIS DEALERSHIP We had a Subaru that had strictly cosmetic issues, absolutely no maintenance issues (it is a FOOL proof car for being aware of the health of the vehicle) and when we got it back every single warning light possible was on, and we were told that was normal and note* the engine started making a very odd noise that it had NEVER done before and can be confirmed by the adjuster. We called and they told us to bring it back in to clear the codes and FIX the extra dings that THEY left on two of the doors doing God knows what. We take it in and they take it to the Subaru Dealership where they run a $300 diagnostic that we had to cover the cost of even though the diagnostic cost was not authorized or disclosed to or by us at any point, the diagnostic is reporting an engine issue, one that this car did not enter the dealership with, and now the dealership is refusing responsibility. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Dealership says that they are sorry and thank you for bringing this to our attention? Sorry does not cut it for causing an engine issue to a $50,000 car that isn’t even 4 years old. You all need to take responsibility considering that this is the FOURTH car in the past week and a half that have come out of Jack Demmer Service Center worse than they went in. Go ahead over to enterprise car rentals and they will tell you all about how many people are on their way to pick up their second insurance covered rental due to Jack Demmer messing up their actual cars when they are supposed to be FIXING them. This is absolutely ridiculous considering we have signed TWO leases with Jack Demmer and purchased the 2nd one (a $60,000 F-150,) but you can all rest assured you will never see our business again nor anyone we knows business.
