This place has absolutely no respect for truckers, I checked in with security at 18:46, they told me to go to Red 441, no one took care of me, went back to security and told me to go now to white ducks, again employees were very rude and acted as if I was bothering them, I decided to enter in any place with people inside, asked for a supervisor and it looks like there’s no supervisor and everyone do whatever they want, a beautiful young lady (the only person that paid attention to me) told me to go to duck 238 brown, the worst “workers are at this duck, first they don’t want to talk to me, later asked me to park in door and they all left and I was waiting inside my truck, after 3 hours waiting in duck I decided to go inside and asked for a supervisor, I was told to go to an office and spoke with a very lazy a rude guy, who was mad at me for asking for them to receive batteries that I think they need for their cars, I told him to call boss or I’d stay there for ever, apparently he was told to unload my truck, here come the best part, when this guy was unloading the last pallet, 2 guys showed up in a golf cart and said that batteries were going to duck 15 and asked the guy to put it back in my truck, I went to the duck but it was not set for 53 trailer and they couldn’t unload there, instead they asked me to go back to previous door but now I refused, I told them that I’d get inside my truck and sleep, they ended up pulling pallets out with chains. Just for things like this I’d never buy a FORD CAR, it looks like people hate working there and they don’t care about supplying chains which truckers are part of. They will never see my beautiful face again in any of their places, I exit out at 23:45 and I only had 6...
Read moreVery rude staff at Red Dock (docks 421 through 423). The main guy back there, an old white man with a goatee who drives a yard jockey, will always start problems if you are a trucker trying to drop a trailer. He’ll yell at you and tell you to do as you’re told even if you’re doing exactly what the people at the front office instructed you to do. It is a very difficult and dangerous facility to navigate in a semi-truck. There are test drivers that will be zipping around you as you try to drop your trailer. When we get our trailers back they are damaged half the time and we have to take them back to the yard to fix them. This facility is the last reason I needed to leave freight...
Read moreNo signs for trucks. So I attached a SS to get in all the way to the shack and to get out you have to go to the other side of the shack. One star because the old white dude in the shack was rude and disrespectful when I was being really nice. He was also making sighs noises for everything. Not even me that I've been driving all night and didnt get very much sleep. Also, I have to mention that they dont let you in up until 5am. I was there at 4:58 and the guard told me to turn back out and come at 5am. So I had to turn back out drive for 2 minutes and go back in so he could let me in and check in...
