King's Transmissions — Local services in Wayne

I only rated him a 5 because there's nothing higher! I originally took my truck to a transmission shop in Lone Grove to get rebuilt because it was closer to where I live! After the rebuild, my transmission went out again! I took it back to be warrantied and the guy kept it for 6 weeks and said nothing was wrong with it. So I pick it up, drive 1/4 mile and it messed up! So took it back and he said was gonna have to tear it down again! During this time a friend told me Kings transmission was the go to place for transmissions so I contacted Randy! Told him my situation and what had been done to transmission. He advised me of a few things for this other guy to do on the internals or it would go out within 1500 miles(which is where it had went out this time)! I got the extra parts that randy advised me to and made the guy put them in! Transmission did great until a sensor went bad on outside of trans! I took it to Randy and he located the problem, I ordered the part, and fixed it myself! Randy was glad he could help me even though it wasn't his problem and wouldn't even except payment! What is sad is parts that went wrong from this other guy would have been replaced new the first time with Randy! So any trans problems or rebuilds from now on will go to Kings transmissions! Once again, Thank you Randy! UPDATE! After continuing with the other transmission guy! The transmission burned up again! So of coarse I took it to Kings transmission! Randy tore it apart only to find out the other guy did not put any of the parts I was charged for! So he did a complete rebuild! Randy has been a blessing! He’s helpful, and super honest! Wish I would’ve found him first!...
