My review:

WARNING I received 10 chicks and 5 were dead upon arrival. A 6th chick died hours later. I have 4 remaining chicks who seem to be healthy and growing. Ive ordered before and those orders were always fine. I contacted customsr support and they insisted on sending 10 more which i declined as i cant accomodate 14 chickens. I simply wanted a refund which i received a partial one....I believe they itemize each chick and take it...

Best thing is the people. Never been in one yet where they weren't friendly and willing to help you find what you want. Especially like all the farm stuff and decorations for inside and around the house. We can buy a lot of things on sale. I get good deals on my tools as well. Sometimes, they have nice plants, but the good ones seem to sell out really fast. Bought my zero turn mower here years ago and always come when I need new blades or belts. Usually can find some great deals...

The store is clean and stocked and the employees have been nice. My only problem is that the cashiers are not properly trained. 😒 This is a new location and I have been there twice and both times the cashiers have had no idea how to complete their transactions. Cashiers should know how to enter an employee number, do more than one payment, enter coupons, and have even the slightest knowledge about the...
