I had to wait 6 months to finally get an opening 3 months later for my driver licenses. Me finally getting the appointment and having to drive 3 hours south to this location I had a small sweet victory playing in my head while waiting. However when taking the test there was a turn around a curb I had to make I explained my truck's turn radius was too big for what they had but they said it would be fine. I edged the cone with the back tire and automatically failed the test. I asked if it could be overlooked because I made the turn around the curb perfectly with the size of the truck the cone was too far forward but they wouldn't listen despite us explaining the loops and frustration it took just to get the appointment in the first place. Wasted 5-6 hours of my day to go-to an early morning appointment for a poorly set up test. I've never had any accidents, no tickets, and my driving record is clean. My parents even consider me to be a better driver than themselves. None of that mattered to them though. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 2 is because the lady that did our paperwork before the test was very polite and cooperative, she even tried to reconcile with the testing manager for us understanding the...

I visited this DMV location for the first the today while running errands nearby. It is not my usual DMV location, but now I wish that it was... When I arrived there were several customers being served, additional customers waiting for their turn in the seating area and a short line waiting to receive their call number. In other words, it appeared as though my quick stop was going to take a bit longer than anticipated. And, I'm glad that it did. During the time spent waiting, I was able to observe a variety of customers and agents interact. Every single agent working behind the desk displayed patience and kindness for the various needs of the customers. From what I observed, the agents went above and beyond to ensure that each customer had the information needed for their current and potential future visits. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I had a special circumstance that needed to be addressed, and my husband was trying to explain to the DMV employee our/my circumstance. She did NOT want to hear what he said. She said "I don't care..." My husband tried and tried to explain to her, but she kept saying "I don't care", she got belligerent with my husband. He got angry and started to leave before things escalated. My husband started to exit to the left which was the exit to use after hours. I didn't know it was after hours, and told my husband he needed to go to the front door. The DMV employee looked at me with this awful look like she was scolding a child, and pointed at me, and with gritted teeth, the employee told me "you go that way".
