Rifles line the walls with a glass case in the middle, holding a decent selection of modern handguns. As you peruse the collection, Howard will spin to you tales of his time as a police officer in New York, and his opinions of minorities. Don't mind the Confederate flag on the wall, it probably doesn't mean what you think it means. At your six, as Howard would put it, is a single double wide bathroom. It's not for you.

You exit the garage with the firearm you wanted at a decent price, but something doesn't sit right. Halfway down the muddy road to your car, you turn back to look at the residential house you were just in. Was buying this gun even legal? H&H went the extra mile. I had been searching for a Sig P365 XL w/a manual safety for probably 5 months. I found one at a different gun shop, had it shipped to me, only to find out they had sent me the XL without the safety. And of course, they didn't have any of the gun I actually wanted in stock. Starting searching again and came across H&H. I saw they had what I wanted online, but I called, having learned from the last transaction. The owner went out of his way to go pilfer through the store and send a picture of the gun to me to help verify it was what I wanted. I always appreciate extra effort like that towards customers. 10 outta 10...

Won't go back. I have bought a few guns and ammo from Howard and I brought my son there, who also bought a gun and ammo. Howard is very knowledgeable and has a great selection. However, today I went, cash in hand to purchase the next item on my wish list. First customer of the day and got hit with a foul attitude and told if I didn't like it to leave. I did! I was in retail for MANY years and you don't treat your customers like that. I won't be back. My son, who was with me, said he won't go back either.
