Textura Rugs — Local services in Weaverville

I am so impressed with this shop! I visited Textura with 25 rugs that I was seeking to sell. I was warmly greeted by Parker who took them in for me. At a later date, I had a consultation with Carlos who has decades of experience appraising and evaluating rugs. He is a certified fine rug appraiser too and will take a small commission for selling your rugs. I was thrilled to work with him and even more satisfied that his policy is to clean the rugs thoroughly (for free) before consigning them. Wow! Additionally I receive an email with pictures, sizes and asking price. I am so happy and impressed! The store selection is massive! Do not be fooled by the small store front as there are three large rooms with stacks of gorgeous rugs of all styles, shapes and sizes. I had over 20 rugs that needed serious cleaning. I had someone staying in my home while I was out of state for a few months and they allowed animals on my rugs. Textura came and picked them up (I’m not local to Asheville) and needed a mask to drive with them in their van they smelled so bad. They were able to clean them and cut new pads for each rug. They look like new, they even fixed one of them that had fringe pulled on one edge.

Their customer service has been above and beyond! I was informed every step throughout the process. I couldn’t be happier! As a lover of all natural, handwoven textiles, especially vintage and antique textiles, I have never had a better experience than in working with Textura in Asheville, NC. Their customer care goes above and beyond. Unlike many rug shops that I have visited across the USA, and in England, they never make me feel silly for asking a question. That is a huge plus as a non professional/laymen collector. My experience with Textura to date has mainly been with repair and cleaning of rugs that I have owned for some time.
