Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Woodfin

If I could give a lower score I would, a 1 seems too generous. This was probably the most disappointing lunch I have had in quiet some time. When we first arrived we noticed multiple dirty tables that had yet to be cleared and a group in the back coming up to the front requesting drinks, this should have been a warning and we should have just turned around and left. However, we stayed and were ignored by staff initially while waiting to be seated and when we were taken to a seat it was made known to us that we were not the responsibility of the lady seating us and our waiter was too busy. She didn’t even take our drink order and we stood waiting for a booth to be cleaned, which again she said was the job of our busy mystery waiter. Once we were seated we noticed there wasn’t much pizza on the buffet so we waited probably 10 minutes before anything was put out. This would be the only round of pizza put out while we were here. We weren’t sure who our waiter was, because our drinks were brought to us and then no one came by to refill or check on us. The wait staff mainly stayed in the back other than the guy on the register coming out to collect dirty plates, which seemed to be their only concern. They completely ignored our drinks being empty and we had to ask for refills, no ice was added to these refills and we were given what tasted like lukewarm tap water. Others in the restaurant weren’t given silverware and when asking wait staff for silverware they were directed to a table to collect their own instead of the wait staff getting it for them. When this happened what seemed to be a manager was standing by the staff member who told a customer to get there own silverware and nothing was said by the supposed manager. There seemed to be 5 people working so I’m not sure why pizzas were not coming out and tables weren’t being taken care of. It seems to be a problem with staff knowing what their jobs are and doing that job as well as whoever was the manager on duty holding the staff accountable. There need to be some major changes, this is a poor excuse for a restaurant and I will not return and I urge others to go elsewhere unless you want a disappointing and frustrating...

How does this place stay open? cause it ain't for the pizza they serve or empty drinks on table better sip easy cause once its empty its empty and will not be refilled no reason or explained other then everybody is in back smoking must be depressed cause lack of leadership and smoking helps depression and stress from knowing that our pizzas are awful when is the next smoke break please guess if you serve raw dough every time speeds up the smoking process up and more smokes can be smoked in the back they got smoke breaks down to a science!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! waiting on ticket to pay give me a min while I finished my smoke want a pepsi to go sorry we can't fill the cup on tablet how do you think you're going get one to go slows down the smoke break process and that's more important then paying customers or yet happy customers its time for another smoke break I just put one out but that's ok cause pizza is in the oven but oven is not on so it won't matter I stand and model off the glass of the oven with next smoke in my mouth thinking how much I look like james dean I won't burn the pizza and I can get extra smoke break the bathroom is in need of paper towels yeah we got paper towels but they are weighed down on shelved from dust yeah I will restock the paper towels but let me finish my smoke break i'll get right to it but on way to get paper towels I realize I need another smoke break to get that jump start on the job come back from smoke break grab the paper towels and get half way to bathroom realize I need another smoke break and set them on countertop and head to the back to join my other coworkers cause we love to smoke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! no ovens was damaged in writing this post cause all the oven's are off everybody in back smoking maybe pizza hut needs come out with a hit smoke break pizza and the staff would go nuts over it because involves smoking and they love a good smoke break!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! look its bird no its a plane no its pizza hut employees in the back on a smoke...

I ordered delivery 11/12/24 at 6:58 pm. the order consisted of two medium pizzas (one with pepperoni and sausage, the other with chicken, pepperoni and green peppers), and a 6 piece wing. upon completing the order, we received the tracking which changed to preparing and stated that way for an hour. it was now past the delivery time and i received a message with a later delivery time. that time had also now passed and the order still did not change from preparing. frustrated, i called the local number on the website, only to be told ill transfer you to the local pizza hut. twice this happened.both times i was sitting on hold for minutes after the transfer. it was now 8:00pm and the store closed at 8:30pm. i received a message a few minutes later telling me my pizza has been switched to doordash and would be here at 7:45 when it was already 8:02. the pizza finally came at 8:16. it was old and looked like it had been sitting there for a while, and the wings were plopped into a container with sauce not even shaken up. for the amount of time it took and the 63 dollars i spent, i am highly disappointed. i waited that long and the wings weren’t even prepared. very disappointed. this was the...
